We source only pharmaceutical-grade raw materials from certified global suppliers. Every batch of raw material undergoes strict quarantine and laboratory testing before being approved for production.
Water is the core of our gels. We utilize advanced multi-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) and UV sterilization systems to ensure the water used is ultra-pure, deionized, and free from any biological or chemical contaminants.
Our proprietary formulations are blended in state-of-the-art, vacuum-sealed mixing vessels. This prevents air bubbles—which can interfere with ultrasound acoustics—and ensures a perfectly smooth, homogeneous, and highly conductive gel.
The finished gel is transferred via closed-loop systems to our automated filling lines. Operating in cleanroom conditions, bottles and bulk containers are filled, sealed, and labeled with zero human contact to maintain absolute hygiene.
